MTR® System replaces, totally or partially, the use of main beams and secondary beams with that of precast mixed steel beams, while retaining, however, the site layout of a reinforced concrete structure. No more in-situ beams, but only prefabricated mixed steel beams, mounted directly on the columns and complete with monolithing at the nodes. This is followed, then, by the assembly of the slab with associated reinforcement and finally by the casting.

Assembly diagrams and identification tags

Simplicity and speed of assembly

Assembly of MTR® beams is quick and easy and does not require the use of skilled workers. Each delivery is accompanied by assembly diagrams, and each beam arrives at the site marked with an identification tag indicating its location.


The additional continuity reinforcement for making the connection nodes with the abutments, to be assembled according to the instructions on the relevant assembly diagrams, also arrives at the construction site packed node by node and provided with an identification tag indicating its exact location.
