The need to make usable the enormous potential offered by MTR® System in structural design led to the establishment in 2015 of INFO.MTR S.r.l. a new company with multidisciplinary engineering and IT skills.
INFO.MTR's mission is the optimization of structural design in an MTR® System key; better interaction with designers and production management for perfect correspondence of the design with the product on site.
The implementation of this digital transition process is currently carried out through the development of:
plug-in type software solutions that installed in the most popular structural design software on the Italian market (CDS Win, PRO_SAP, Seismicad) allow MTR® technology to be integrated into structural projects with extreme simplicity and total transparency.
software solutions that through the use of Microsoft technology-Component Object Model (COM) and specific Application Program Interface (API)-introduce into the structural calculation software, widely used in the global engineering market (SAP2000, ETABS and AxisVM), functionalities to design, with immediacy and transparency, the structural components beams and columns that are part of MTR® technology.
Italtravi S.r.l.
Italtravi S.r.l., founded in 2020, is engaged in the production of MTR® elements, obtaining authorization from the Central Technical Service, which recognizes their suitability for making controlled and safe construction materials.
The production workshop guarantees the correct manufacture of every single element of the MTR® System. Craftsmanship care for an industrial product in full compliance with all the indications required by the standards of UNI EN 1090-1 certification, which regulates the factory production control management system for the purpose of CE Marking.
Each individual MTR® Beam, before leaving the production shop, undergoes the strict inspection of sizing and welds as outlined in the procedures of the MTR® System production manual.
ITALIAN BUILDING SYSTEM S.r.l.
IBS - Italian Building System S.r.l. was established in 2020 to bring MTR® technology to the Romanian market and change the traditional construction method from monolithic to total prefabrication.
With the presence of technical, administrative, and commercial offices and a production plant in Timișoara, Italian Building System is a well-established entity throughout Romania.
A team of MTR® designers is supporting engineers, architects and construction companies to work out construction solutions using MTR® elements and design more economical and better performing buildings.
The production unit, consisting of skilled welders, ensures quality in the manufacture of CE-certified MTR® elements.
